Refund policy

At ZG Luxe, we take immense pride in our handcrafted leather goods. Each piece is meticulously inspected before it leaves our workshop in Multan. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If your wallet is unused, in its original signature packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

How it Works:

• Initiate a Return: Simply contact our concierge team via WhatsApp (+92 3256646765) or email (zgluxe.pk@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 3-5 working days.

• Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective piece, we will replace it immediately at no additional shipping cost to you.

Please Note: Due to the nature of genuine leather, slight variations in grain and color are marks of authenticity and are not considered defects.
