• Free Nationwide Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it takes 1-2 working days to prepare and pack your handcrafted wallet for dispatch.

• Estimated Delivery: * Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan): 2-3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4-5 working days.

3. Courier Partners

To maintain our "Top Class" service, we ship all orders through reliable partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, and Trax.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience and trust, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the rider to ensure a smooth delivery process.

6. Undelivered Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if the customer was unavailable after multiple attempts, we will contact you for a second delivery attempt. Please note that repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation.
